Getting our help is easy and affordable. Here are the main points:

• You call us at 260-418-6224 7 am to 7 pm any day of the week. You can also submit service request online to which we will respond within 2 hours. Emergency service is available outside of normal businss hours.

• We come to your home or business  and charge you 80 dollars for the visit (there is a $20 surcharge for weekend service). If we can fix your problem within 1 hour, and we do not have to use spare parts or diagnostic hardware, that is all you pay. No additional charges, no hidden fees, no gimmicks.

• If more work is required to deal with your problem, we willl give you a detailed written estimate and approximate time of completion.
